St. Paul’s Ocean Grove Church | Part-Time

St. Paul’s Ocean Grove is seeking a passionate, self-motivated worship leader to create and lead inspiring, Christ-centered contemporary worship experiences, including summer Beach Church services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead Sunday worship and weekly rehearsals.
• Select and arrange music and introduce new songs.
• Collaborate with the Lead Pastor and Tech Team.
• Recruit, train, and mentor musicians and vocalists.
• Provide music lessons and develop students and emerging worship leaders.
• Build relationships with local schools.
• Manage the worship budget, schedules, and song records.
• Evaluate and improve worship services.

Qualifications:

• Committed follower of Jesus with strong relational and pastoral skills.
• Proficient vocalist and/or guitarist/keyboardist.
• Proven worship leadership and team leadership experience.
• Passion for developing musicians and students.
• Worship Arts, Music, Theology, or related education preferred.
• Familiarity with Planning Center or ProPresenter preferred.

Schedule: Sundays, weekly rehearsals and staff meetings, small group, and leadership meetings. Safe Sanctuary requirements apply.

Pay: $28,000–$30,000/year
