We’re seeking a Director of Youth & Family Ministries to guide and inspire our middle and high school students, connect with families, and collaborate with our children’s ministry team. This role also supervises and supports the Director of Children’s Ministry, ensuring alignment and collaboration across all family ministries. It’s an exciting opportunity for a relational, energetic leader who loves empowering others, building community, and fostering meaningful faith experiences for young people and their families.

The ideal candidate will bring a leadership posture marked by curiosity, humility, and a deep respect for diverse experiences and beliefs. They will create space for honest questions, nurture belonging, and help young people explore faith in ways that are authentic and inclusive. A creative spirit, collaborative mindset, and passion for helping families grow together in faith will thrive in this role.
