Middle School Ministry Coordinator

Northwood Christian Church is looking for a fun, passionate, relational, and organized leader to join our team as a Middle School Ministry Coordinator (30 hours/week). This role is ideal for someone who loves connecting with young people inside and outside the church, pointing them to Jesus.  

Northwood's mission is to Love God, Love People, and Make Disciples. We are a large, growing church in the primarily blue collar community of Springfield, Oregon. People from Northwood come from all walks of life and faith backgrounds and are unified around lifting up the name of Jesus and following his ways. The middle school ministry averages 25 in our weekly programming, and our physical space and proximity to schools provides great opportunity for growth. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading weekly middle school programming and events.
• Recruiting, training, and supporting volunteer leaders.
• Partnering with parents to support student discipleship.
