Next Generation (Youth) Pastor

The Next Generation Director must have a growing and loving relationship with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and a burning desire to share this relationship with youth, young adults, young families, and the community in which they live. The Next Generation Director will develop and maintain a cohesive plan to teach Biblical principles and truths and help prepare young adults live as fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ. At MCRC, we believe in helping our youth and young adults learn to navigate life through the lens of Jesus Christ. We place a high value on relationships—between leaders and students, families, and the wider church community—believing that spiritual growth happens best in the context of genuine connection and care. At MCRC, we are committed to being a body of believers that “does life together,” with a heart for nurturing and sending out maturing Christians who are beacons of Christ’s light in their homes, schools, communities, and beyond.
