Re:mix Youth Ministry at Lake Forest Church is looking for a Re:mix Associate Director; a high-energy, relational leader who is passionate about walking alongside middle and high school students as they discover and live out their role in God’s story. This is not a behind-the-scenes role. This is a hands-on, life-on-life ministry position for someone who wants to invest deeply in students, build teams, and help shape a growing, vibrant youth ministry of 300+ middle and high school students.

JOB SUMMARY

You will be responsible for relational ministry with middle and high school students, creating a safe and welcoming environment where students feel known and valued. Your typical week will be spent supporting weekly Re:mix gatherings, leading Bible studies and events, and discipling students in their faith.

You will lead outreach opportunities like partnerships with schools, mission trips, Urban Plunge, and quarterly service projects.

You will partner closely with the Youth Ministry Director and youth team to plan and execute programming and retreats.

You will build into volunteer leaders through encouragement, communication, and training.

You will engage parents and caregivers as partners in students’ spiritual growth.

ELIGIBILITY

3+ years of youth ministry experience preferred

College degree or related experience required
